Mosta Home for the Elderly Canteen
This structural project involved electrical, mechanical, finishing and structural work such as knocking down load bearing walls and installation of a huge beam to carry the weight of another 2 stories above it. Note the custom roller system adopted.
National Pool, Tal-Qroqq
These concrete columns are continuously exposed
to a wet corrosive environment. The result was
that the steel mesh inside naturally rusted, causing
the concrete to crack and flake. We removed all
cracked material ensuring a proper inch gap around
the rusted metal, which was then treated appropriately.
Only the best material (Sika ®) was used for optimum
results.
